 Headlining the final night of Yn Chruinnaght Celtic Gathering is Calum Ste
 wart\; an award winning Uilleann Piper\, flautist and composer.</p>\n<p>Ca
 lum’s distinct musical voice – expressed through the wild\, shimmering sou
 nd of the Irish Uilleann Pipes\, and the rich\, powerful tones of the Wood
 en Flute\, has been developed through collaborations within the Scottish a
 nd Irish traditions.</p>\n<p>In his trio\, he is accompanied by the earthy
  resonance of the double bass and the vibrant rhythm of the cittern\, and 
 they will be joined at Yn Chruinnaght Celtic Gathering by Scottish step da
 ncer Sophie Stephenson.</p>\n<p>Also performing this evening are Manx supe
 r-group\, Smooinaght Mie\, ahead of their trip to Festival Interceltique d
 e Lorient. Smooinaght Mie (Good Idea!) are a dynamic and innovative folk m
 usic group that combine the rich heritage of traditional Manx music with a
